摘　　要：为进一步提升设备维修中心班组的建设工作水平,不断健全管理制度、提高业务人员素养、改进经营管理模式,神华准格尔能源有限责任公司财务部结合中心经营管理特点制定了《设备维修中心经济核算型班组建设方案》。该标准根据实际操作经验总结出了班组经济核算在企业管理中应用的作用和具体的可行性方案,论文对此进行了总结归纳,并加以讨论。In order to further improve the construction work level of the team in the equipment maintenance center,continuously improve the management system,improve the quality of business personnel,and improve the business management mode,the financial department of Shenhua Zhungeer Energy Company Limited has formulated the"Construction Scheme of Economic Accounting Team in Equipment Maintenance Center"in combination with the characteristics of business and management of the center.According to the practical operation experience,the standard summarizes the role and the specific and feasible scheme of the application of team economic accounting in enterprise management.The paper summarizes and discusses this.
