摘 要:以贵紫麦1号小麦籽粒为材料,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术分析了GzANS、GzCHS、GzMYB-7D1和GzMYC-2 A 1在籽粒形成过程中的表达情况,结合不同时期籽粒花青素含量的测定,探讨贵紫麦1号籽粒形成过程中GzANS、GzCHS、GzMYB-7D1和GzMYC-2A1的表达模式。结果表明:贵紫麦1号籽粒中花青素含量随着籽粒形成逐渐增加,花后第31天迅速上升并显著高于前期的积累量;GzANS和GzCHS的相对表达量在籽粒形成过程中呈现出相同的先升高后降低的变化趋势,均在花后第22天达到最大值,而GzANS的相对表达量比GzCHS要高;GzMYB-7D1和GzMYC-2A1的相对表达量在籽粒形成过程中呈现出相同的"上升-下降-再上升-再下降"的变化趋势,均在花后第31天时达到最大值,而GzMYB-7D1的相对表达量比GzMYC-2A1要高。GzANS、GzCHS、GzMYB-7D1和GzMYC-2A1在籽粒形成过程中均有不同程度表达,说明它们都可能直接参与花青素的合成过程,从而影响花青素在籽粒中的积累。In this study,the wheat variety Guizimai 1 was selected as materials to investigate the relative expression of GzANS,GzCHS,GzMYB-7 D1,GzMYC-2 A1 by real-time PCR during seed formation.Combined with the determination of anthocyanin content in grains in different periods,the expression patterns of GzANS,GzCHS,GzMYB-7 D1,GzMYC-2 A1 during the grain formation of Guizimai 1 were also studied.The results showed that the anthocyanin content in the seeds of Guizimai 1 increased gradually with the formation of the seeds,and it increased rapidly on the 31 st day after flowering which the accumulation amount of anthocyanin was significantly higher than that in the earlier stage.The relative expressions of GzANS and GzCHS showed the same trend of increasing first and then decreasing during the process of grain formation,reaching the maximum value on the 22 nd day after flowering,while the relative expression of GzANS was higher than that of GzCHS.In addition, the relative expressions of GzMYB-7 D1 and GzMYC-2 A1 showed the same ascending,descending,ascending,and descending trend during grain formation,reaching the maximum value on the 31 st day after flowering,while the relative expression of GzMYB-7 D1 was higher than that of GzMYC-2 A1.GzANS,GzCHS,GzMYB-7 D1 and GzMYC-2 A1 were all expressed to different degrees during the process of grain formation,indicating that they might be directly involved in the synthesis of anthocyanins and thus affected the accumulation of anthocyanins in grains.
