摘 要:为探讨不同硒源对红芸豆种子萌发及生理生化的影响,以英国红芸豆为试验材料,采用那优硒、亚硒酸钠2种硒源,比较2种硒源浸种处理下红芸豆种子的萌发情况。结果表明:2种硒源都能有效提高红芸豆种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、红芸豆种子萌发期POD、SOD活性、DPPH自由基清除率及幼苗硒含量,降低MDA含量,但高浓度无机硒对红芸豆萌发存在抑制作用。研究表明,当有机硒浸种浓度为45 mg·L^-1时,红芸豆萌发效果最佳。In order to investigate the effects of different selenium sources on seed germination and physiological-biochemical changes of red kidney bean,two selenium sources,namely Nayou selenium(organic Se) and sodium selenite(inorganic Se),were used as materials to treat the British red kidney beans and the germination of red kidney bean seeds treated with two selenium sources was compared.The results showed that both the selenium sources could improve the germination rate,germination index,vitality index,the activities of POD and SOD during the germination stage,DPPH free radical scavenging rate and seedling selenium content and decrease the MDA content,while the high concentration inorganic Se could inhibit the germination of red kidney bean.In summary,the soaking treatment under organic Se with concentration of 45 mg·L^-1 could significantly promote germination of red kidney bean.
