摘　　要：人工智能正广泛应用于医学影像辅助诊断,人工智能与医学影像学的耦合效应凸显出医学智能影像识别中深层次伦理问题,这些问题是智能影像识别发展必须面对和解决的。在医学智能影像识别中伦理决策的可能性、主客体角色定位和伦理设计的合法性等方面的争论与思考,对于定位人工智能开发边界,发展符合伦理边界的通用人工智能用于医学影像识别,对于促进医学智能影像识别的良性发展有重要意义。医学智能影像的发展离不开伦理规范,伦理也不应是医学智能影像识别的绊脚石。Artificial intelligence is widely used in medical image-assisted diagnosis. The coupling effect of artificial intelligence and medical imaging highlights deep-level ethical issues in medical intelligent image recognition. These problems must be faced and solved in the development of intelligent image recognition. The debates and thoughts on the possibility of ethical decision-making in the medical intelligent image recognition, the role definition of the subject and object, and the legitimacy of the ethical design, facilitate the localization of the boundary of the artificial intelligence development and the development of artificial general intelligence that conforms to the ethical boundary for medical image recognition. It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of medical intelligent image recognition. The development of medical intelligent images is inseparable from ethical norms, and ethics should not be a stumbling block to medical intelligent image recognition development.
