三联疗法治疗中晚期前列腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内分泌疗法、经尿道双极等离子电切术(Transure thral plasma kinetic resection of prostate,PKRP)联合化疗治疗中晚期前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月化州市人民医院泌尿外科收治的90例中晚期前列腺癌患者,根据是否接受化疗分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。对照组给予PKRP联合内分泌疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予化疗。分析比较两组患者的近期疗效、术后1年和3年的生存率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组近期疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者总生存期为(36.68±1.72)个月,对照组总生存期为(30.91±2.18)个月,观察组总生存期高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.373,P=0.037)。结论内分泌疗法、PKRP联合化疗治疗中晚期前列腺癌疗效显著、安全性高,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endocrine therapy,PKRP combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer.Methods Ninety patients with advanced prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled and divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)based on different regimens.Patients in the control group were treated with PKRP combined with endocrine therapy.Patients in the observation group were treated with chemotherapy on the basis of the treatment in control group.The short-term efficacy of the patients in two groups,the 1-year and 3-year survival rates,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The short-term efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The overall survival of the observation group was(36.68±1.72)months which was significantly higher than that of the control group([30.91±2.18]months)(t=4.373,P=0.037).Conclusions The combination of endocrine therapy,PKRP and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer has positive effects high safety,which is worthy of promoting.
