复方丹参滴丸治疗老年糖尿病肾病25例

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参滴丸治疗老年糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将50例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,温水送服,10丸/次3次/d。对照组采用培哚普利片治疗,1片/次,1次/d。2组均于治疗2个月后观察24小时尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐、血清清蛋白、餐后血糖及临床疗效。结果24小时尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐、血清清蛋白及餐后2小时血糖等检测指标治疗后2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为92.00%对照组为72.00%2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗老年糖尿病肾病疗效显著。Objective:To observe clinical effects of compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment for the elderly with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Fifty patients were randomly separated into the observation group and the control group,25 cases each group,the observation group were treated by compound Danshen dripping pills,taking with warm water,three times each day,ten pills each time.The control group took perindopril tablets,once each day,one tablet each time.To observe 24 hour urine protein quantity,serum creatine,serum protein,postprandial blood sugar and curative effects when both groups were treated for two months.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in 24 hour urine protein quantity,serum creatine,serum protein,two-hour postprandial blood sugar between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,higher than 72.00% of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P <0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen dripping pills could obtain notable effects in the treatment for DN.
