摘　　要：根据中医类学术论文标题的特点,阐述了标题英译时应遵循的原则及应注意的问题:分析标题,充分理解其含义,把握中心词汇正确翻译,同时要简练,避免冗余套词,灵活使用缩略词语,合理运用副标题,以便能更好地进行标题的翻译。According to the characteristics of the titles in TCM academic thesis,the principles that we should follow and the problems that we should pay attention to in English translation of the titles are illustrated:we should analyze the title to completely and fully survey its connotation,grasp the key character,and translate the character exactly,simultaneously,we should try to be simple,avoid redundant words,and flexibly use the acronyms and subheading so that we could translate the titles better.
