摘  要:随着我国经济的飞速发展,社会急需大量的新型工科人才,"新工科"这一概念的提出更加快了地方高校向应用型大学的转型,这就要求高校要更加重视对实践教学的管理。针对目前高校实践教学管理中存在的问题,提出了"四位一体"闭环式实践教学管理模式,该实践教学管理模式将实践教学各环节有机结合起来,相互之间进行协作管理,加强了实践教学管理中各参与者之间的沟通协调。同时促进实践教学模式的改革,使得现有的实践教学模式具有更高的适应性和灵活性。With the rapid development of China’s economy, the society is in urgent need of New Engineering talents. The concept of New Engineering has quickened up the local colleges’ transformation into applied universities, which requires colleges to attach more importance on the management of practical teaching. In view of the problems existing in the management of practical teaching in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the four-in-one closed-loop practical teaching management mode, which combines all parts of practical teaching process organically, and carries out cooperative management each other. The communication and coordination among the practical teaching participants have been strengthened. At the same time, the reform of practical teaching mode is promoted and the existing practical teaching mode has higher adaptability and flexibility.
