氟保护漆治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价氟保护漆对牙本质过敏的防治效果。方法通过将118例266颗牙本质过敏的患牙随机分为两组,实验组采用0.5%氟保护漆进行干预,而对照组采用75%氟化钠甘油组进行干预,分别评价两组脱敏治疗后即刻、3周、3个月的疗效。结果与75%氟化钠甘油对照组脱敏效果相比,氟保护漆涂抹后的即刻、短期及长期总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),且氟保护漆的显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与氟化钠甘油相比,氟保护漆具有较好的短期疗效和长期疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of fluorine varnish on dentin hypersensitivity.Methods A total of 118 subjects(266 teeth)with dentin sensitivity were included in this study.Test group was treated with 0.5%fluorine varnish on the sensitive tooth surface following the manufacture instructions.75%sodium fluoride was used in control group.Assessment subjects’responses to stimulation after treatment immediately,three weeks and three months.Result Compared with 75%Sodium fluoride glycerin(control group),the text group showed better curative effect on dentin hypersensitivity after treatment immediately,short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy(P<0.05),especially the marked effective rate.Conclusion The test varnish was effective in reducing the dentin hypersensitivity.
