研究盘钻法上颌窦内提升技术在上颌后牙区种植修复中应用及临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究在上颌后牙区种植修复中运用盘钻法上颌窦内提升术所起到的干预效果。方法选取我院所接纳实行上颌后牙区种植修复术患者100例,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组(50例,常规种植修复)以及观察组(50例,盘钻法上颌窦内提升术)。结果观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论盘钻法上颌窦内提升术能够显著提升患者的上颌后牙区种植修复效果,因此值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the intervention effect of intramaxillary sinus elevation by disc drilling in implant restoration of maxillary posterior teeth.Methods 100 cases of maxillary posterior dental implant prostheses were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases,conventional implant prostheses)and observation group(50 cases,intramaxillary sinus elevation by drilling).Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The intramaxillary sinus elevation by disc drilling can significantly improve the effect of implant restoration in the maxillary posterior teeth area of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
