摘　　要：产业集群对推动地方经济高质量发展有着重要作用。在对产业集群风险特征分析的基础上,进一步探讨了产业集群风险对企业、集群及地方经济发展可能带来的影响,并进一步提出了夯实产业集群发展基础、强化产业集群创新管理、加强产业集群控制管理、打造地标性产业集群等防范产业集群风险的对策建议。Industrial cluster plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of local economy.Based on the analysis of the risk characteristics of industrial cluster,the paper further discusses the risk to the enterprise,the cluster industry cluster and the possible influence of local economic development,and further puts forward the compaction of industrial cluster development foundation,strengthening the management of industrial cluster innovation,strengthening the control of industrial cluster management,makes the landmark industry cluster and prevention countermeasures and suggestions for risk of industry cluster.
