校企合作以产学研为平台分析生物技术类人才培养

摘　　要：论文以构建产学研一体化生物技术类人才培养模式的意义为切入点,展开具体分析,并以此为依据,提出以产学研为基础制定生物专业人才培养目标、完善产学研一体化生物技术类人才培养模式制度内容、将生产实践与毕业论文设计内容进行结合等几方面重要策略。论文全面结合农业院校与生物领域企业的发展目标,以产学研为平台全面分析生物技术类人才培养模式,为今后培养创新型人才创造条件。This paper takes the significance of constructing the training mode of integrated biotechnology talents of industry-university-research as the starting point,and carries out specific analysis.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward several important strategies,such as setting the training target of biological talents on the basis of industry-university-research,perfecting the training mode and system content of integrated industry-university-research biotechnology talents,and combining production practice with the content of graduation thesis design.This paper comprehensively combines the development goals of agricultural universities and enterprises in the field of biology,and comprehensively analyzes the training mode of biotechnology talents on the platform of industry-university-research,so as to create conditions for cultivating innovative talents in the future.
