摘 要:招聘员工是用人单位自身发展过程中不可或缺的一环。招聘活动受多种因素影响,并存在诸多不合理问题,其中性别歧视问题尤为严重。虽然我国针对女性合法权益有相应法规保护,但随着就业压力增大,女性就业歧视问题依然没有得到显著改善。职场中的性别歧视增加了女性就业难度,打击了女性就业自信心,损害了女性权益,违背了社会公平原则,不利于劳动力市场的规范运营和社会的和谐发展。文章分析了女大学生职场中遇到的性别歧视问题和产生的原因,就此提出了解决问题的相关建议,为政府部门杜绝企业招聘过程中的女性歧视问题提供参考依据。The recruitment of staff is an indispensable part of development process of company.Recruitment activities are affected by m any factors and have many unreasonable problems,among which gender discrim ination is particularly serious.A Ithough China has relevant laws and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of women,employment discrimin ation against female college students has not been significantly improved with the increase of employment pressure.Gender discrimination in the workplace makes it more difficult for women to find jobs,undermines women's con fidence in employment,damages women's right and interest,violates the principle of social equity,and is not conducive to the standardized operation of the labor mark et and the harmonious development of society.This paper ana-lyzes the gender discrimination problems encountered by female college students in the workplace and the causes,and puts forward rele-vant suggestions to solve the problems,so as to provide reference basis for the government departments to eliminate the discrimiation of women in the process of enterprise recruitment.
