摘　　要：咸阳职业技术学院通过引进中外合作办学项目,对德国双元制进行本土化改造,突出“德国模式”和“德国标准”两个关键词,围绕“提高汽车类专业内涵建设水平”和“提高汽车类专业人才培养质量”两个重点,不断学习、借鉴、消化、吸收和运用德国先进的教育教学理念,探索构建适合我院实际的汽车高技能人才培养模式,逐步形成自己的办学特色。文章主要从项目实践、建设成效和体会与思考等方面对我院引进的中外合作办学项目进行总结和反思。Introduced by the Sino-foreign cooperative joint education project,Xianyang Vocational Technical College(XYVTC)carries on localization reform on German Dual System.We emphasize on two key words:German Model and German Standard,and center on two points:improving the ability of automobile major construction and improving the quality of automobile specialty talents,by unceasingly learning from,drawing on,digesting,abstracting and applying German advanced educational and teaching theories to explore a better way to build a model for high-skilled automobile talents cultivation which suits our college,and then gradually forms an educational system with our own characteristics.The paper tries to conclude and reflects on the building of Sino-foreign cooperative joint education project in Xianyang Vocational Technical College from several aspects:project practice,construction effect,lessons we learned and thinking.
