摘　　要：生物医学统计是生命科学类院校的专业基础课程之一,本课程既注重基础理论,也重视应用领域,其内容繁杂,不易理解与掌握。文章主要研究案例教学法在生物医学统计教学中的必要性和重要性,探讨案例教学法的具体实施过程。选择案例的基本原则是:真实性、典型性、前沿性、系统性和趣味性。教学目的是培养学生运用所学知识分析和解决实际问题的能力。通过案例教学实践,将理论知识与案例结合起来进行分析,仔细梳理教学内容,激发学生主动学习的兴趣,培养学生自主学习、质疑意识和创新精神,不断完善案例教学法实现预期的教学效果。The biomedical statistics course explores fundamental concepts and methods of statistics as applied to health-related fields.This course focuses on both basic concepts and application field.Its contents are complicated and difficult to understand and master.This article mainly studies the necessity and importance of case teaching method in biomedical statistics teaching,and discusses the specific implementation process of case teaching method.The basic principles of choosing a case are:authenticity,typicality,cutting-edge,systemic and fun.The purpose of teaching is to develop students'ability to analyze and solve practical problems with their process.The students'interest in active learning is stimulated by case study teaching method,and combining theoretical knowledge with case,and carefully curating list of content.Independent study and questioning consciousness innovative spirit are cultivated,and the teaching effect are improved using the case teaching method.
