摘　　要：脑梗死的发生发展是由多种因素共同导致的,免疫炎症反应在脑梗死的发生发展过程中起重要的作用。白细胞介素-18(IL-18)是近年来新发现的一种促炎症细胞因子,在多种细胞(单核细胞、血管平滑肌细胞及内皮细胞等)中均有表达。IL-18在人体内分布较广泛,具有抗感染、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等多种生物学功能,在许多疾病中扮演着重要的角色。随着对IL-18研究的不断深入,发现IL-18不仅参与脑梗死的发生发展,还与脑梗死的危险因素具有一定的相关性,为脑梗死的防治提供了新的研究思路。The occurrence and development of cerebral infarction is caused by a variety of factors,among which immune inflammatory reaction plays an important role.Interleukin-18(IL-18)is a newly discovered pro-inflammatory cytokine in recent years,which is expressed in many kinds of cells,such as monocytes,vascular smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells.IL-18 is widely distributed in human body,and has a variety of biological functions,such as anti-infection,immune regulation,anti-tumor and so on,playing an important role in many diseases.With the deepening study of IL-18,it is found that IL-18 is not only involved in the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction,but also has a certain correlation with the risk factors,which provides a new research idea for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
