摘  要:微RNA(miRNA)是一类参与基因转录后调控的小分子非编码RNA,其在肿瘤中的表达水平、肿瘤发生中的调控作用及在肿瘤早期检测、治疗、预后等方面的研究一直是肿瘤研究的热点问题。而miRNAs*的作用却被忽视,近年来发现miRNA*可以作为功能链在肿瘤细胞迁移、侵袭、分化、增殖和凋亡等多种生物学过程中发挥重要作用。研究发现,许多肿瘤中存在异常表达的miR-21-3p,其功能广泛,包括调节肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、凋亡和分化等过程。随着研究的深入,miR-21-3p可能成为新的肿瘤标志物,并为肿瘤的基因治疗提供新靶点。MicroRNA(miRNA)is a class of small molecule non-coding RNA involved in gene posttranscriptional regulation.And it has been the focus in the studies of tumor expression,regulation in tumorigenesis,and in the early detection,treatment,and prognosis of tumors.However,the role of miRNAs*has not been noticed.In recent years,miRNA*has been found to play an important role as a functional chain in various biological processes such as tumor cell migration,invasion,differentiation,proliferation and apoptosis.miR-21-3p is abnormally expressed in many tumors,which has extensive functions including regulation of tumor cell proliferation,migration,apoptosis and differentiation.With deepening of the research,miR-21-3p may become a new tumor marker and provide a new target for tumor gene therapy.
