摘　　要：随着地方高校转型发展的不断深入,青年教师的个人发展与地方高校长远发展紧密相关。将地方高校体制机制创新与青年教师个人追求相结合,文章从教学能力、科研能力、高校管理支持及个人素养提高四个方面提出新形势下地方高校转型过程中青年教师的发展路径,使新形势下地方高校青年教师发展的路径更清晰。With the deepening of the transformation and development of local colleges,the personal development of young teachers is closely related to the long-term development of local colleges.Combining innovations in systems and mechanism of local colleges with the young teachers'personal pursuit,this paper puts forward the development path of young teachers in the process of the transformation of local colleges under the new situation in terms ofthe teaching andscientific research,the university management support and the personal quality improvement,so as to make it more clear.
