浙江省职业学校物联网毕业生就业质量分析研究

摘　　要：为了实现立德树人目标,促进学生"体面就业",本研究选择浙江省职业学校(中、高职)2018届物联网专业毕业生为研究对象进行抽样调查,从概况、性别比例、就业率、毕业去向、专业对口率、薪资待遇等维度跟踪了毕业生就业情况。结果表明,物联网专业毕业生就业率100%(常规就业率62%,创业率6%,深造率32%),就业集中在企业,政府、事业单位没有触及;专业对口率高达86%,高于全省其他专业平均水平;薪资尚待提高。而物联网岗位对男性需求大。立足该研究结论,对优化人才培养方案、深化产教融合及进一步实现"体面就业"提出了建设性方案。In order to achieve the goal of cultivating talents and promoting"decent employment"of students,this study selected2018 IoT majored graduates from vocational schools in Zhejiang province(middle and higher vocational schools)as the research object to conduct a sample survey,tracking the employment situation of the graduates from such dimensions as profile,gender ratio,employment rate,destination after graduation,professional counterpart rate and salary treatment.The results show that the employment rate of IoT majored graduates is 100%(the regular employment rate is 62%,the entrepreneurship rate is 6%,and the further education rate is 32%),the employment is concentrated in enterprises,and not involved in the government or institutions;the professional counterpart rate is as high as 86%,which is higher than the average level of other majors in the province;the salary still needs to be improved.The posts of IoT need a lot of male employee.Based off the conclusion of the study,the constructive scheme is put forward to optimize the talent training program,deepen the integration of industry and education,and further realize"decent employment".
