摘　　要：目的探讨SAE2在结肠癌组织及其对应癌旁正常组织的表达差异、与临床病理因素的相关性及其预后的关系。方法免疫组织化学法检测SAE2在结肠癌及其对应癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,并随访结肠癌患者的生存状况后应用Kaplan-Meier法及Cox回归比例风险模型研究SAE2的表达与结肠癌患者临床病理因素及预后的关系。结果SAE2在结肠癌组织中高表达;SAE2的表达水平与结肠癌患者的Dukes分期、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况、远处转移情况相关;单因素分析显示,SAE2高表达者其生存时间短于SAE2低表达者;Cox多因素回归模型显示,SAE2的表达水平以及年龄、TNM分期是结肠癌患者预后的独立影响因素。结论SAE2阳性表达的结肠癌患者预后更差,SAE2可能成为评估结肠癌患者临床预后的蛋白标记物以及结肠癌靶向治疗的潜在靶标。Objective To investigate the expression difference of SAE2 in colon cancer tissues and their corresponding adjacent normal tissues,as well as its correlation with clinicopathological factors and prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SAE2 in colon cancer and adjacent normal tissue.The survival of patients with colon cancer was followed up.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Cox multiple regression proportional hazard model were used to analyze the relationship be-tween the expression level of SAE2 with clinicopathological factors and the survival rate of colon cancer patients.Results SAE2 was highly expressed in colon cancer tissues and the expression level of SAE2 was correlated with Dukes stage,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis of colon cancer patients.Univariate analysis showed that the survival time of patients with high SAE2 expression was shorter than that of patients with low SAE2 expression;Cox multivariate regression model showed that the expression level of SAE2,age and TNM stage were independent prognostic factors for colon cancer patients.Conclusion The prognosis of colon cancer patients with positive SAE2 expression is worse.SAE2 may be a protein marker for assessing the clinical prognosis of colon cancer patients and a potential target for targeted therapy of colon cancer.
