摘　　要：乌索酸(ursolic acid,UA)作为植物界广泛存在的五环三萜类化合物,在疾病的预防与治疗中已经展现出许多有益作用,如抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抗癌、抗高脂血、镇痛、保肝、护胃、抗溃疡、抗HIV、抗动脉粥样硬化和免疫调节作用。本文综述了近年来UA在多种肿瘤,包括消化系统、泌尿和生殖系统、呼吸系统、神经系统、内分泌系统和皮肤系统的肿瘤和肿瘤干细胞中治疗及其作用机理的研究进展。Ursolic acid(UA),a pentacyclic triterpenoid widely found in the plant kingdom,has shown many beneficial effects on the prevention and treatment of diseases,such as antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,anti-hyperlipemia,anal-gesia,liver and stomach protection,anti-ulcer,anti-HIV,anti-atherosclerosis and immune regulation.This review summarizes recent advances in the treatment role of UA and its mechanism in a variety of cancers,including the cancers from digestive system,the urinary and reproductive systems,the respiratory system,the nervous system,the endocrine system,the dermal systems,as well as in the cancer stem cells.
