摘　　要：高校实验室安全管理是服务推动"双一流"建设重要保障,在高校改革发展稳定中具有重要作用。依据PDCA循环理论的概念、特点,研究创新将理论运用到实验室安全管理的工作实践中,以达到持续改进的目的,使实验室安全管理工作逐渐接近"零缺陷"目标。Laboratory safety management in colleges and universities is an important guarantee to promote the construction of double firstclass and plays a very important effect in the reform,development and stability of colleges and universities.According to the concept and characteristics of PDCA cycle theory,research and innovation applied the theory to the practice of laboratory safety management,in order to achieve the goal of continuous improvement,so that the laboratory safety management work gradually approaches the goal of zero defect.
