摘 要:战后日本经济在短短四十年间迅速复兴崛起,涌现出一大批世界顶尖企业,这些企业体现的抱团打天下的合作精神,蚂蚁般的勤奋进取精神,和魂洋艺的行商之道,以顾客为本的经营理念等企业家精神无一不凝聚着这些经营者的灵魂。日本企业家精神的形成不能简单地理解为某个成功企业家的成长史,而是应该站在家庭、学校、企业、政府、社会这一多维度视角下分析企业家精神的培育模式,方能对我国企业家精神的培育起到有针对性的帮助。After the war,Japanese economy revived and rose rapidly in just 40 years.A large number of top enterprises in the world have emerged in Japan.The spirit embodied in these enterprises such as the spirit of cooperation in fighting the world with a regiment,an ant-like spirit of diligence and enterprising,Japan’s soul and technology of Europe and the United States and customer-oriented business philosophy all condense the souls of these operators.The formation of Japanese entrepreneurship can not be simply understood as the growth history of a successful entrepreneur,but should stand in the multi-dimensional perspective of family,school,enterprise,government and society to analyze the cultivation mode of entrepreneurship in order to play a targeted help in the cultivation of entrepreneurship in our country.
