摘  要:医疗机构提升医疗服务质量,必须树立正确的医疗服务质量观。我国医疗机构对医疗服务质量的认识经历了符合性质量、适用性质量、主观性质量等三个阶段。三种医疗服务价值观与“结构-过程-结果”Donabedian模型一一对应,并存在内包含关系。医疗服务质量观分别内嵌于医疗服务价值链,体现了医疗服务价值与患者价值的关系,表明了医疗服务质量的价值之所在。To improve the quality of medical services,medical institutions must establish a correct view of the quality of medical services.The understanding of medical service quality in medical institutions in China has gone through three stages:conformity quality,applicability quality and subjective quality.The three medical service values correspond to the"structure-process-result"of Donabedi⁃an model one by one and have an inclusive relationship.The concept of medical service quality is embedded in the medical service value chain respectively,which reflects the relationship between the value of medical service and the value of patients and shows the value of medical service quality.
