应用泪道内窥镜诊断和治疗泪道阻塞的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:讨论在泪道阻塞患者的治疗过程中应用泪道内窥镜进行诊治的临床应用价值。方法:筛选出2017年6月至2019年6月于我院实施泪道阻塞疾病治疗处理的患者49例,给予全部入选患者内窥镜下泪道阻塞激光清除术及高速微型电钻清除术进行治疗,收集患者的临床诊治资料并对资料展开回顾性的整合分析,观察、记录患者的临床治疗结局。结果:接受治疗后,入选患者中显效、有效、无效对应的例数分别为26例、20例及3例,临床诊治有效性为93.88%。结论:在泪道阻塞患者的临床治疗过程中应用泪道内窥镜进行诊治,诊治结局甚佳,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,且安全系数较高,后期复发率相对较低,临床应用价值十分理想。Objective To discuss the clinical value of using lacrimal endoscope in the treatment of patients with lacrimal obstruction.Methods 49 cases of lacrimal obstruction treatment were selected from June 2017 to June 2019.All patients were treated with laser lacrimal obstruction under the endoscope,and clinical diagnosis and treatment data were collected.Retrospective integration analysis was carried out To observe and record the clinical outcome of patients.Results After receiving the treatment,26 cases,20 cases and 3 cases of effective and ineffective patients were selected,and the effective clinical diagnosis and treatment was 93.88%.Conclusion The lacrimal canal endoscope is used in the clinical treatment of patients with lacrimal canal obstruction.The diagnosis and treatment result is very good.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the safety factor is higher The recurrence rate is relatively low in the later period,and the clinical application value is very satisfactory.
