德国经验对我国地方本科院校服务转型的启示

摘　　要：德国高校的协同创新一直是世界各国竞相学习的范式,核心点是高校、校外机构和企业三大主体构成创新系统。系统设计的亮点是构建“网络化合作联盟”,成员的多元化、异质性、互补性及网络型特质可以为“研-产-服”转化运营提供有力支撑。最后,就我国地方本科院校服务转型提出三点启示。The successful experience of German cooperative innovation has always been a model of learning in the world,and the classic paradigm is the innovation system composed of three main bodies:universities,off-campus institutions and enterprises.The highlight of system design is to build"network cooperation alliance".The diversity,heterogeneity,complementary and network characteristics of members can provide strong support for the transformation of"research-production-service"operation.Finally,three points of suggestion are proposed about the service transformation of local undergraduate university.
