加拿大高等教育“以生为本”服务体系探析与启示——以阿尔伯塔大学为例

摘　　要：加拿大是一个多民族的移民国家,众多的移民和多民族的特性形成了加拿大独特的多元文化。加拿大高等教育高度发达,拥有众多世界一流高校,其共同点就是倡导和贯彻以人为本并以学生为中心的办学理念,在办学过程中逐渐形成了“以生为本”的服务体系。本文从加拿大高等教育学生教育管理模式和特点入手,结合阿尔伯塔大学办学实际,以服务项目的模式和路径分析为切入点,对阿尔伯塔大学“以生为本”的服务体系进行了探究,力求对我国高等教育以学生为中心的服务体系建设有所启示和借鉴。Canada is a multi-ethnic immigration country,many of the immigrants and the characteristics of multi-ethnic formed unique multicultural Canada.Canadian higher education is highly developed,with many of the world first-class universities,their common ground is to advocate and implement people-oriented and student-centered education concept,gradually formed in the process of school"Student-Oriented"service system.This article from the Canadian higher education student education management mode and the characteristic,combining the reality of university of Alberta in running schools,to serve the project of the mode and path analysis as the breakthrough point,the university of Alberta"Student-Oriented"service system has carried on the exploration,strive for China's higher education to students as the center of the enlightenment and reference service system construction.
