摘  要:当今的师道重建必须根植于最重要的两个传统,即以弘道为目标的儒家师道传统和侧重于对真理的追寻的古希腊师道传统,这两个传统的现实构成了师道籍以重建之基础。师道重建虽然表面上源自于社会对教师的道德期待,然而教师自我使命感和尊严对师道发展的内在促进才是其本质要求。因此,师道尊严之根基乃是对职业伦理的超越,因为自觉的道德垂范作为教师的个人实现之崇高追求,才真正构成了师道尊严的起点。Today's reconstruction of teachers'morality must be rooted in the two most important traditions,namely,the Confucian tradition of teachers'morality,which aims at expanding morality,and the ancient Greek tradition of teachers'morality,which focuses on the pursuit of truth.These two traditional realities form the basis for the reconstruction of teachers'morality.Although the reconstruction of teachers'moral education comes from the society's moral expectation of teachers on the surface,the intrinsic promotion of teachers'self-mission and dignity to the development of teachers'moral education is its essential requirement.Therefore,the foundation of teachers'moral dignity is to surpass professional ethics,because conscious moral compliance,as the noble pursuit of teachers'personal realization,truly constitutes the starting point of teachers'moral dignity.
