摘　　要：显微外科技术培训是医学生临床技能培训的一项重要内容,是培养医学生掌握显微外科基础知识、基本操作技能的一门基础训练课程。高质量的显微外科技能培训,对医学生以后进入临床或从事科研工作,能显著提高学生的操作能力和综合素质。文章从显微外技术的重要性开始讨论,讲述了显微外科技术的应用和发展历史,并从其基础理论、基本操作技术等方面对显微外科培训进行的思考和探讨,详细介绍了山东大学齐鲁医院采用循序渐进的显微外科技能培训模式,不仅丰富了临床医学生的技术储备,还培养了他们一丝不苟的工作态度和对显微外科手术的耐心和毅力。Microsurgery technical training is an important part of clinical skills training for medical students,which is a basic training course for medical students to master basic knowledge and basic operation skills of microsurgery.High-quality microsurgical skills training can improve the medical students’operating ability and comprehensive quality when they enter clinical or engage in scientific research,this article discusses the importance of microsurgical technique.The author discuss the microsurgery training from the aspects of its basic theory and basic operation technique.This article introduce the microsurgical skill training model of Qilu hospital of Shandong university,which not only enrich the technical reserves of clinical medical students,but also cultivate their meticulous work attitude and patience of microsurgical operation.
