摘　　要：目的研究饮食护理干预在糖尿病肾病行维持行血液透析患者中应用对营养状况的影响。方法在本院2017年3月-2018年12月收治的糖尿病肾病患者中选出142例为对象,均接受维持性血液透析治疗,随机数表法分组,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,实验组在对照组基础上给予饮食护理干预,对比两组患者的ALB、PA、TRF水平和并发症发生率。结果干预6个月的ALB、PA、TRF水平对比,实验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组相关并发症发生率16.90%低于对照组相关并发症发生率32.39%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论饮食护理干预的应用促进患者保持健康饮食习惯,纠正营养不良症状,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of dietary nursing intervention on nutritional status in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance and hemodialysis. Methods 142 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected from our hospital from March 2017 to December2018. They were all treated with maintenance hemodialysis. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures. The patients in the experimental group were given dietary nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The levels of ALB, PA, TRF and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of ALB, PA and TRF in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after 6 months of intervention(P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 16.90% lower than that in the control group with 32.39%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of dietary nursing intervention can promote patients to maintain healthy eating habits, correct malnutrition symptoms, which is worthy of promotion and application.
