恒牙(牙合)早期安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者牙弓及基骨弓宽度的特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨恒牙[牙合]早期安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]畸形牙弓及基骨弓宽度的特征。方法选取处于恒牙[牙合]早期的患者共57例,其中安氏Ⅰ类29例,安氏Ⅱ类2分类28例,年龄11~15岁。使用3shape扫描仪扫描患者正畸前记存模型获得数字化模型,对数字化模型进行测量分析。结果与安氏Ⅰ类患者相比,安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者上颌前磨牙区及下颌尖牙区牙弓宽度较小(P<0.05),其余牙弓测量项目无统计学差异(P>0.05)。2种错[牙合]类型患者下颌牙槽骨宽度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者上颌前磨牙区及下颌尖牙区牙弓宽度小于安氏Ⅰ类患者,下颌基骨弓宽度与安氏Ⅰ类患者相比无差异。安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者在正畸治疗过程中应注意上下颌牙弓宽度的调整。Objective To investigate the dental and alveolar arch width characteristics of classⅡdivision 2 malocclusion in patients with early permanent occlusion.Methods Fifty-seven patients,between 11 to 15 years of age,and in the early stage of permanent occlusion were included in this study.Among these cases,29 were class I,and 28 were classⅡdivision 2.Digital models,obtained by scanning the study models with a 3shape scanner,were measured and analyzed.Results Compared to the classⅠocclusion cases,the maxillary premolar and mandibular canine dental arch widths in those of classⅡdivision 2 were significantly smaller(P<0.05).The differences in other quantitative parameters of the dental arch between the two types were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences in the mandibular alveolar arch widths between the two types were not statistically significant(P>0.05)either.Conclusion Compared to classⅠocclusion,the dental arch widths of the maxillary premolar and mandibular canine in classⅡdivision 2 malocclusion were smaller.There were no differences in the widths of the mandibular alveolar arch between the two types.During orthodontic treatment of classⅡdivision 2 malocclusion,adjustment of the upper and lower dental arch widths is critical and needs attention.
