摘　　要：目的探讨血清中微小RNA-105(miRNA-105)的水平及与脑胶质瘤患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法选取80例脑胶质瘤患者为脑胶质瘤组,80例颅脑外伤患者为对照组。采用实时荧光-聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)检测两组患者血清中miRNA-105水平,分析血清中miRNA-105水平与脑胶质瘤患者临床特征及预后的关系。结果脑胶质瘤组患者血清中miRNA-105的相对表达量低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。世界卫生组织(WHO)分级为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级、术后2年仍存活脑胶质瘤患者血清中miRNA-105的相对表达量分别高于WHO分级为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级、术后2年死亡的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论脑胶质瘤患者血清中miRNA-105的表达下调,且其水平与患者的WHO分级及不良预后有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of microRNA-105(miRNA-105)in serum and the pathological features and prognosis of patients with glioma.Method Eighty patients with glioma were included in the study as glioma group,and another eighty patients with craniocerebral trauma were recruited as control group.Realtime fluorescence-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)assay was employed to detect the levels of miRNA-105 in the serum of the two groups,to investigate the relationship between serum miRNA-105 level and clinical characteristics as well as prognosis among glioma patients.Result The relative expression of miRNA-105 in the serum of glioma group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).WHO classification I-II,survival after surgery for 2 years were associated with increased relative expression of miRNA-105 in glioma patients as compared with those had WHO classification III-IV,and died within 2 years after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum miRNA-105 in patients with glioma is down-regulated,and its level is linked to WHO classification and poor prognosis.
