柴达木低品位固体钾矿溶解转化实验及应用前景

摘　　要：柴达木盆地是中国盐湖钾盐的聚集地,含水层骨架中含有数亿吨低品位固体钾矿,开发出这些低品位固体钾盐对增加国内钾肥供给,保障粮食安全具有重大意义。为此青海盐湖工业股份有限公司历经十年开发出低品位固体钾盐的浸泡式溶解转化方法,试验表明,固体钾盐的溶解转化率随固体钾品位的增加而增加,累计溶解转化率为56%~98%,该技术在柴达木多个盐湖得到推广应用,察尔汗盐湖保有固体钾盐达2.96亿t,平均品位(KCl)1.24%,根据试验数据回归分析溶解转化率77%,可溶解转化出钾盐(KCl)约2.28亿t。柴达木盆地盐湖保有3.43亿t固体钾盐,平均品位(KCl)1.25%,溶解转化率78%,可溶解转化出钾盐(KCl)2.68亿t,大幅度增加了钾盐储备量。Qaidam Basin is the gathering place of potash in salt lakes in China.The aquifer skeleton contains hundreds of millions of tons of low-grade solid potash.The development of these low-grade solid potash is of great significance to increase the supply of potassium fertilizer in China and ensure food security.For this reason,Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co.,Ltd.has spent ten years to develop a bubble dissolution conversion method of low grade solid potash.The results show that the dissolution conversion rate of solid potash increases with the increase of solid potassium grade,and the cumulative dissolution conversion rate is 56%~98%.The technology has been popularized and applied in Qaidam salt lakes.Chaerhan Salt Lake retains 296 million tons of solid potash and an average grade of(KCl)1.24%.According to the regression analysis of the experimental data,the dissolution conversion rate is 77%,and the potassh(KCl)can be dissolved and transformed into about 228 million tons.The salt lake in Qaidam Basin retains 343 million t of solid potash the average grade(KCl)is 1.25%,the dissolution conversion rate is 78%,and the potash(KCl)268 million tons can be dissolved and converted,which greatly increases the potash reserve.
