摘 要:路内停车作为停车系统的有效补充,既能方便短时间停车者,减少其步行距离,又能有效缓解停车难的问题。文章以北京市某停车高密度路段为研究区域,通过RP、SP调查和实地数据采集对路内停车选择行为特征做出了详细分析。研究发现出行者个人属性、出行目的、停车费率、对违法停车处罚和周边停车场的了解程度等因素均会影响停车者路内停车的选择行为。On-street parking spaces as a complimentary solution to the public parking demand,not only can convenient for parking a short period of time and reduce its walking distance,but also has become one of the effective means to solve the difficulty of parking in cities.This paper takes the parking high-density section of Beijing as the research area,and makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics of on-street parking choice behavior through RP,SP survey and field data collection.The study finds the personal traits,trip purpose,parking fees,penalties for illegal parking and surrounding understanding of the parking facilities and other factors will affect parking choice behavior.Considering the characteristics of on-street parking choice behavior and its influencing factors,it can provide a strategic reference for rational planning and management of on-street parking lots and giving full play to the effectiveness of on-street parking lots.
