摘　　要：针对当前我国优秀航海人才培养存在的问题,航海院校要以更加开放的视野解决优秀生源缺乏的问题,准确定位培养目标,创新航海特色教育,实现从传统的知识型教学模式向能力培养模式的转变;要编制适应航海职业教育的教材;改变教学理念,创新教学手段;加强素质教育,改变应试教育的被动局面;建设高质量的“双师型”师资队伍,以不断提高我国航海人才的培养质量。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of excellent seafaring talents in China,and puts forward many countermeasures for the cultivation of excellent seafaring talents.Put forward:solve the problem of lack of excellent seafaring students with more open vision;Accurate positioning of training objectives;Innovative navigation characteristics of education;To realize the transformation from the traditional knowledge-oriented teaching mode to the ability training mode;Compiling teaching materials for higher vocational education in navigation;Change teaching concept and innovate teaching means;Strengthen quality education,change the passive situation of exam-oriented education;Construction of high-quality navigation"double division"team.
