加量三维调强放射联合卡倍他滨节拍化疗治疗食管癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究加量三维调强放射联合卡倍他滨节拍化疗治疗的临床疗效。方法将2016年5月至2019年5月某院收治的食管癌患者94例依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组采用加量三维调强放射治疗,观察组采用加量三维调强放射联合卡倍他滨节拍化疗。分析两组患者的临床疗效,对比两组肿瘤标志物、金属蛋白酶水平变化情况。结果治疗2个月后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,CEA、CA19-9、CA125、MMP-2、MMP-9水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用加量三维调强放射联合卡倍他滨节拍化疗治疗食管癌能够显著提升临床疗效,大幅改善患者肿瘤标志物及金属蛋白酶水平,降低不良反应发生率,安全性高,利于改善预后。Objective To study the clinical effect of high-dose three-dimensional intensity modulated radiation combined with Capecitabine metronomic chemotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 94 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to a hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-dose three-dimensional intensity modulated radiotherapy,while the observation group was treated with high-dose three-dimensional intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with Capecitabine metronomic chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was analyzed,and the changes of tumor markers and metalloproteinase level in the two groups were compared.Results After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of CEA,CA19-9,CA125,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of esophageal cancer by high-dose three-dimensional intensity modulated radiation combined with Capecitabine metronomic chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,greatly improve the tumor markers and metalloproteinase levels,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and benefit the prognosis improvement.
