摘 要:工程认证是高校教育国际化的必然趋势,以学生为中心,目标产出为导向持续改进的培养方式在不断推进高校教学改革。工科电工电子实训是学生走进高校后入门级的面向工程实践环节,既有自身的理论体系,又有很强的实践性,是培养良好工程素质以及解决复杂工程问题的实践能力和创新能力的启蒙阶段。原有工科电工电子实训的教学形式、内容、考核等方面不能满足工程认证对学生培养的要求,如何调动低年级学生学习积极性、激发学生自主学习的兴趣是迫切需要改革的问题,为此实验中心针对电工电子实训从教学模式、内容、考核、团队建设几方面重构“工程化”的实践教学体系。Engineering certification is an inevitable trend of internationalization of college education.Student-centered,goal-oriented training for continuous improvement is constantly advancing university teaching reform.Engineering electrical and electronic training is an entry-level engineering-oriented practice after students enter colleges and universities.It has its own theoretical system and strong practicality.It is the stage of cultivating students’good engineering quality and practical and innovative ability to solve complex engineering problems.The teaching form,content,and assessment of the original engineering electrical and electronic training cannot meet the requirements of engineering certification for student training.How to guide the students in the lower grades to learn enthusiasm and stimulate students’interest in self-learning is an urgent need for reform.To this end,the experimental center reconstructs the“engineering”practical teaching system from the aspects of teaching mode,content,assessment and team building for electrical and electronic training.
