摘  要:环境污染是人类健康的主要威胁之一,环境与健康作为一个多学科交叉的研究领域,旨在深入认识环境问题与人体健康之间的关系,该领域研究涉及环境学和生命科学两大学科的专业知识背景。环境与生命科学学科交叉领域人才的培养,可以满足复合型人才的需求,促进环境健康领域的创新和发展。分析了环境科学与生命科学交叉融合培养人才的重要性,并提出了交叉融合人才培养的具体方法,包括从生源选择上的选拔,课程设置上的联合培养与定向开课,到交叉融合研究平台的建立。通过学科交叉融合的定向培养,将由具有单一学科背景知识的专业人才培养,逐步转向培养具有更广知识结构、更深知识水平和创新性思维的多学科交叉的复合型环境与健康领域研究人才。Environmental pollution is one of the main threats to human health.Research on environment and health is a multi-disciplinary cross amalgamation research field,aiming to deeply study the relationship between environmental issues and human health.This field of environment-health relationships covered the necessary expertise of both environmental science and life science.The cross amalgamation of environment science and life science for talent development could meet the needs of composite talents and promote innovation and development in the field.This paper exhibited the importance of the cross amalgamation of environment science and life science for talent development,and give some advices on the specific methods for training of cross amalgamation talents,including purposeful selection of student sources,joint training and highly distinctive course offering,and foundation of cross amalgamation research platform.Through the cross amalgamation directed education,the students would be converted from with single-subject knowledge background to with broader and deeper knowledge structure and more innovative thinking skills,which is beneficial to the development of research talent in multi-disciplinary area of environment-health relationships.
