区域性成人高校教师逆向选择问题及对策探析

摘  要:教师是高校人力资源的主体,稳定、匹配、高效的教师队伍是区域性成人高校生存发展的根本和关键。区域性成人高校在招聘、定薪定岗环节存在人力资源逆向选择问题,学校定位不清晰、管理制度不完备、绩效考评模糊、机制体制不完善是造成教师逆向选择的原因。找准定位、完善管理、畅通信息等是解决逆向选择问题、稳定教师队伍、促进区域性成人高校持续健康发展的有效途径。As the important subject of human resource,a stable and teaching group with high effectiveness and performance are the key point and foundation for the survival and development for local adult institutions.Adverse selection in human resource exists during the staff recruitment,posting and paying,the reason of which lies in the lack of target clarity,performance evaluation ambiguity,inadequate management system and incomplete institutional mechanisms.In order to achieve the stablization of teaching staff and promote sustainable health development,institutions have to try their best fo find their functional target,improve their management and maintain their information unimpeded, etc.
