在民营高新技术企业开展项目式生产实习的思考和实践

摘　　要：随着市场竞争日趋激烈,企业对技术创新和创新型人才的需求日益突出,建立创新型实习基地,培养学生创新能力成为生产实习教学研究的重要课题。文章针对高质量生产实习企业难寻、学生创新能力培养不突出等生产实习难题,分析了我国民营高新技术企业的发展现状以及解决实习难题所具有的显著优势,进而提出了兼顾企业技术创新和学生创新能力培养的项目式生产实习模式和教学方案,并通过教学实践验证了在民营高新技术企业开展项目式生产实习的可行性,为在生产实习中培养学生创新、工程实践和组织协调等能力提供了参考。With the increasingly fierce market competition,the demand of enterprises for technological innovation and innovative talents has become increasingly prominent.To establish innovative practice base and cultivate students'innovative ability has become an important topic of production internship teaching research.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of private high-tech enterprises in China and the significant advantages of solving the practical problems,and then puts forward the project production internship mode and teaching scheme which take into account the technological innovation of enterprises and the innovation ability of students The practice proves the feasibility of carrying out project production internship in private high-tech enterprises,and provides a reference for training students'innovation,engineering practice,organization and coordination ability in production internship.
