财务管理本科专业就业导向型教学改革研究

摘　　要：高校本科财务管理专业教学是高校专业教师、财务学者和企业财务管理人员共同关注的课题。根据目前的教学情况和就业现状,探索本科财务管理专业教学改革方案,包括课程设置、师资配备、教学要求、学生实践及教学考核等,以期适应用人单位的需求,确保学生学以致用,从而形成以就业导向的高等应用型本科财务管理教育的专业模式。The professional teaching of the financial management of the university is a subject of common concern to the professional teachers,financial scholars and financial managers of the company.According to the current teaching situation and employment situation,this paper explores the teaching reform scheme of undergraduate financial management specialty,including course setting,teacher training,teaching requirements,student practice and teaching assessment in order to meet the needs of employers and ensure the application of learning,so as to form an employment-oriented professional mode of financial management education specialty at the higher applied undergraduate level.
