摘　　要：由于部分地方本科院校办学定位不清,专业特色不明显,与地方经济社会发展严重脱节,导致培养出来的学生动手能力差,适应不了产业转型和优化升级的需求。这种就业质量差、毕业等于失业的状况,造成了国家教育资源的严重浪费。因此,地方本科院校要想在激烈竞争中得以生存,就必须通过向培养高素质专业人才转型,从根本上缓解毕业生就业难的现状,产教融合、协同育人是实现人才培养的有效举措。There exists conception and obvious professional characteristics in some local colleges and universities which are seriously out of line with the local economic and social development.The cultivated graduates with poor practical abilities can't adapt themselves to meeting the requirements of industrial optimization and upgrading,who can't find a suitable job and become unemployed after graduation,which results in a serious waste of resources of national education.Therefore,the local colleges and universities must transform to train practical talents with high quality order to survive in the fierce human competition,which may essentially relief the employment difficulties of university graduates.Integration of production and education is an effective measure to fulfill talents cultivation.
