摘  要:在互联网影响下,高校思想工作发生了巨大变化,思想政治教育话语权也因此发生了改变。新媒体的出现,为思想政治话语传播提供了多样化的传播媒介,但是与此同时,高校思想政治话语权也出现了问题,主流话语权的地位日渐削弱;高校思想政治话语权的内容也逐渐缺乏时代特征;再加上思想政治教育客体的自身素养不足和缺乏有效监管,对巩固高校思政教育话语权的地位带来了更大的难度。为了改善这一局面,高校应当从思政话语权主体和思政教育接收客体、思政教育内容和外部环境等多方面进行改善,逐步改善当前局面,优化高校思政教育开展环境。Under the influence of the Internet,great changes have taken place in ideological work in colleges and universities,and the right to speak in ideological and political education has also changed.The emergence of new media has provided a variety of media for the dissemination of ideological and political discourse,but at the same time,problems have arisen in the ideological and political discourse power of universities,and the status of the mainstream discourse power has gradually weakened;lack of the characteristics of the times;coupled with the lack of self-cultivation of the object of ideological and political education and the lack of effective supervision,it has made it more difficult to consolidate the discourse power of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In order to improve this situation,colleges and universities should improve from the subject of ideological and political discourse and the object of ideological and political education,the content of ideological and political education,and the external environment,so as to gradually improve the current situation and optimize the environment for ideological and political education in universities.
