摘　　要：香道是宋代休闲文化的重要组成部分。南宋士人的香道技艺非常专业,并将玩香融入各种日常活动之中,体现了"道在日用"的观念。在玩香的过程中,南宋士人获得了精致而高雅的多维度审美体验,在他们的香道中,休闲世界与审美世界浑然一体,密不可分。这对于当前发展休闲文化,追求日常生活艺术化、审美化,提供了重要启示。Incense culture was an important part of leisure culture in the Song Dynasty.Literati in the Southern Song Dynasty were professional incense players who integrated playing incense into all kinds of daily activities,reflecting the concept of"Tao is in daily life".In the process of playing incense,the literati in the Southern Song dynasty acquired delicate,elegant and multi-dimensional aesthetic experience.In their incense culture,leisure world and aesthetic world has been already blended into an inseparable whole.It provides important inspirations for us to develop contemporary leisure culture and to pursue aesthetics in our daily life.
