摘 要:企业资源是企业获取竞争优势的关键来源,但资源本身并不自然地代表能力和企业核心竞争力。资源编排理论强调了通过资源编排过程增强企业竞争力的路径,从资源编排视角出发,基于TRIZ理想化水平的思想,运用灰色关联分析方法,构建了企业资源编排效果度量模型-企业资源和谐度度量模型,从资源构建、归拢整合、转化利用三个维度,研究了三家上市医药企业资源和谐度态势变化情况,结果表明资源和谐度能够反映企业实际资源编排状况,为企业提供了度量目前资源编排效果、寻找未来资源编排优化方向的方法和建议。Enterprise resource is the key source of gaining competitive advantage,but it never represents capabilities or core competencies naturally.The resource orchestration theory emphasizes the path of enhancing enterprise competi-tiveness through orchestrating resources.Based on the idea of TRIZ Idealization Level and the Gray Relation Analysis method,this paper constructs the measurement model of enterprise resource orchestration effect-Measurement Model of Enterprise Resource Harmony Degree,evaluates the changes in the trend of resource harmony degree of three listed pharmaceutical companies from resource construction,integration,transformation and utilization.The result shows that the resource harmony degree can reflect the actual resource orchestration status.This paper finally proposes methods and recommendations for measuring the current effect of resource orchestration and optimizing the future direction of resource orchestration.
