摘　　要：医药类高职院校一般会开设药品市场营销技术等经营管理类课程,但实训条件的缺乏制约了实训教学开展,是专业建设与发展的硬伤。近年来漳州卫生职业学院开展了营销沙盘实训室软硬件的系统建设,为药品市场营销技术等课程提供了良好的实训环境,同时服务于药品经营与管理在内的多个专业的实训教学,在省内达到领先水平,弥补了专业实训条件的短板,活跃了课堂,提升了教学质量,为同类院校提供了实训室建设思路。Most medical colleges have established business management courses such as pharmaceutical marketing technology, but the lack of training conditions restricts the development of practical training, which is a serious injury to major construction and development. In recent years, Zhangzhou Health Vocational College has carried out the system construction of software and hardware for marketing sand table training room, providing a good training environment for courses such as pharmaceutical marketing technology, and serving several majors including drug management. The training conditions has reached the leading level in the province, made up for the shortcomings of the training conditions, activated the classroom, improved the quality of teaching, and provided ideas for the construction of training rooms for similar institutions.
