摘　　要：以"985""211"高校以及一般的农业院校为例,对农林经济管理专业建设产学研用合作情况进行了分析,农业院校农林经济管理专业在人才培养、课程体系改革、实践基地建设以及师资队伍建设等方面的产学研用合作均取得了一定的成效,但合作仍存在盲目性、重外延轻内涵建设以及合作各方利益冲突等问题,提出因地制宜、科学规划,深化改革、明确培养目标,完善产学研合作机制,协调合作各方利益关系的建议。The cooperation on PTRA in major construction of economic management of agriculture and forestry was analyzed as a case of some "985" "211" and the general agricultural universities. It showed that the major in agricultural universities has made some achievements on construction on personnel training, course system reform, practice base construction and teaching staff construction etc. But there are some issues such as blindness, paying more attention to the connotation of the extension than to the connotation and the conflict of interest in cooperation parties. So the training objective of the cooperation should be clear through adapting to local conditions, planning scientifically and reforming deeply. At the same time, the mechanism of cooperation should be improved and the interests of all parties should be coordinate to strengthen the construction of major, improve the quality of personnel training and the level of running a university.
