摘  要:目的探讨三维(3D)打印技术在颅顶部内外沟通肿瘤模拟切除手术中的应用及临床价值。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月本院收治的17例颅顶部内外沟通肿瘤患者,均用个体定制的3D颅骨肽板进行一期修补治疗,3D打印机打印的颅顶肿瘤模型根据术前获取患者MR/CT资料完成三维重建,依照实体模型制定具体手术方案。结果三维模型的重建使颅顶病变形态、病变和邻近颅骨及大血管关系能够更清晰的显示,对所有患者进行颅顶肿瘤模型制作后进行一期修补治疗,均取得了满意的治疗效果。结论3D打印技术在颅顶部内外沟通肿瘤模拟切除手术中的临床应用价值较高,能够提升术中颅骨缺损修补质量,从而增强手术的安全性和效率。Objective To explore the application and clinical value of three-dimensional(3D)printing technology in simulated resection of intraand extra-centricipital tumors.Methods 17 patients with intra-and extra-centricipital tumors who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.All patients were treated with a customized 3D skull peptide plate for primary repair.The centricipital tumors model printed by 3D printer was performed to finish three-dimensional reconstruction according to the obtained MR/CT data before surgery.The specific surgical plan was formulated according to the physical model.Results The reconstruction of the three-dimensional model made the relationship more clear between the centricipital lession morphology,lesions and the adjacent skull and large vessels.The centricipital tumors models were made for all patients and they then were treated with the primary repair.All of them obtained satisfactory effects.Conclusion The clinical application value of 3D printing technology is relatively higher in simulation resection of intra-and extra-centricipital tumors.It can improve the quality of intraoperative skull defect repair,thus enhancing the safety and efficiency of surgery.
