超声测量视神经鞘直径对颅高压的诊疗价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究超声测量视神经鞘直径对颅高压的诊疗价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的急性颅脑损伤患者80例为研究对象,均给予颅内压监测,根据颅高压测量结果分为正常组和颅高压组,其中正常组30例,颅高压组50例。分析超声测量视神经鞘直径与颅高压的关系。结果治疗前两组患者颅内压、超声测量视神经鞘直径比较,正常组明显优于颅高压组(P<0.05);治疗后颅高压组明显改善,且相对于正常组,差异无统计学意义,预后情况比较,相对于颅高压组,正常组更优(P<0.05)。结论采用超声测量视神经鞘直径对颅高压患者病情判断具有促进作用。Objective To study the value of ultrasound in measuring the diameter of optic nerve sheath for the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial hypertension.Methods 80 patients with acute craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.All patients were given intracranial pressure monitoring.According to the results of intracranial hypertension,they were divided into normal group(n=30)and intracranial hypertension group(n=50).Analyzed the relationship between the diameter of the optic nerve sheath and the intracranial hypertension.Results Before treatment,the intracranial pressure and ultrasound measurements of optic nerve sheath diameter were better in the normal group(P<0.05).After treatment,the intracranial hypertension group improved significantly,and the difference was not statistically significant.The prognosis was compared.Relatively the intracranial hypertension group and the normal group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound measurement of optic nerve sheath diameter can promote the judgment of patients with intracranial hypertension.
