摘　　要：概述了后人口时代的内涵,分析了后人口红利时代高等职业教育改革的必要性,并探讨了后人口红利时代高等职业教育改革目标,以期为后人口红利时代经济市场提供高素质专业人才,保障我国经济快速、稳定发展。This paper summarizes the connotation of the post population era,analyzes on the necessity of the reform of higher vocational education in the post population dividend era,and probes into the goal of the reform of higher vocational education in the post population dividend era,in order to provide high-quality professionals for the economic market in the post population dividend era and guarantee the rapid and stable development of China’s economy.
